Metge (cirurgià) de Santa Coloma de Queralt. L'any 1351 realitzà un contracte amb Salom Falcó, per tal d'atendre i curar al seu germà Vidal Falcó (fl. 1351). En 1352 realitzà un informe pericial (dessospitació) a Santa Coloma de Queralt. — Formes antigues del nom: «Petrus Richart» (llatí).
