En 1392, conjuntament amb el seu marit Domènec Siurana (fl. 1368 – 1400) i Agnés (esposa de Joan de Naters), invertí 1000 ss en el negoci d'un mercader. En 1399 fou autoritzada pel seu marit per a vendre vinyes i oliverars a l'apotecari Guillem Albiol (fl. 1381 – 1399).

Partnership between Joan Llunes and Joan Francesc Llunes, father and son, and Lluís Gual, the former’s son-in-law, surgeons of Caldes de Montbui, in order to practise the profession, 1579 (AHCB).
