Comentaris
Sotsdiaca i capellà metge dels papes Nicolau IV (1288-1292) i Bonifaci VIII (c. 1235 – 1303). Canonge de Rouen. Autor de: Clavis sanationis sive Synonima medicine (finals s. XIII), on sistematitzà el vocabulari mèdic, fortament alterat pels processos de traducció. En col·laboració amb un cert Abraham de Tortosa (fl. s. XIII-2) traduí de l'àrab al llatí el Liber servitoris de preparatione medicinarum simplicium d'Abū-l-Qāsim al-Zahrāwī (m. c. 1040) (part 28a del Taṣrīf) i el Liber aggregatus in medicinis simplicium atribuït per ells a Serapió, en realitat l'obra farmacològica d'Ibn Wāfid (999 – 1075) —vegeu Serapió (pseudo).
