Llevadora o comare (madrina). Aparentment, era esposa d'un alcaid del castell de Paterna, localitat que durant els segles XIII-XV era possessió dels Luna. Martí I l'Humà (1356 – 1410) considerà la possibilitat, amb Maria de Luna (1357 – 1406), que la coneixien, d'enviar-la a Sicília per assistir Maria I de Sicília (1363 – 1401) en el part de l'infant Pere de Sicília (1398).
