Metge (físic), llicenciat en medicina, potser del segle XV. El receptari valencià de Joanot Valero (1497) en recull una recepta per a què les dones que alleten recuperin la llet quan l'han perduda («asò és cosa serta e provada per mestre Grau de Fenoliet, leciensiat en medezina», núm. 109). No necessàriament ha de ser valencià ni contemporani de Valero o del seu antígraf. 'Grau' és una contracció de 'Guerau' molt difosa al NE de Catalunya.
