Casat amb (1) Timbor de Prades (1370 – c. 1425), filla del comte Joan de Prades; i (2) amb Cecília d'Urgell, filla del comte Pere (II) d'Urgell i germana de Jaume (II) d'Urgell, el Dissortat. Del primer matrimoni van néixer Bernat (V) de Cabrera, l'hereu, i Sança Ximenis de Cabrera (1393 – 1474), entre d'altres.

Valuation of the workshop of Guillem Metge, an apothecary from Barcelona, made by the apothecaries Miquel Tosell, Berenguer Duran and Vicenç Bonanat, for its sale to Llorenç Bassa, a fellow apothecary, 1364 (AHPB); 4. Partnership between Joan Llunes and Joan Francesc Llunes, father and son, and Lluís Gual, the former’s son-in-law, surgeons of Caldes de Montbui, in order to practise the profession, 1579 (AHCB).
