Transcripció:«Jacobus et cetera. Dilectis et fidelibus universis officialibus suis ad quos presentes pervenerint. Cum magister Philipus, menescalcus curie nostre, asserat per diversas personas in diversis locis habitantes sibi deberi aliquas peccunie quantitates quas eidem solvere contradicunt, idcirco, ad supplicacionem ipsius magistri Philipi, vobis dicimus et mandamus quatenus, quilibet vestrum in districtu suo, compellatis omnes illos et singulos quos vobis constiterit esse in aliquo obligatos eidem ad solvendum illud sibi vel procuratori suo, maliciis et diffugiis non admissis, sic quod dictus magister Philipus, qui curiam nostram continuo sequitur, ius suum consequatur breviter, summarie et de plano, et non habeat ad nos, ob defectu iusticie, recurrere iterato nec vexari laboribus et expensis.
