Ramon Berenguer IV reconeix a Guilhem Leteric (o Letaric), [banquer de Montpeller], que n'ha rebut 6.000 morabatins en préstec, a retornar per sant Miquel del mateix any, i estableix un seguit de penyores com a garantia. El document és subscrit per un gran nombre d'avaladors, entre els quals Bernat Marcús i el seu alfaquí Abraham [Bonastruc].

Et ego, Guillelmus, Barchinonenis episcopus, convenio tibi, Guillelmo Letarico, quod si forte fortuitu evenerit mori jamdictum comitem ante quam tuum avere habeas recuperatum, faciam tibi et tuis habere et tenere et expletare quiete jamdicta pignora quousque inde .VI. milia morabatinos vel quantum tibi minuerit de predictis .VI. milia morabatinis recuperatos habeas sicut superius est per jamdictos terminos...
