Resum
Comenta el contracte fet pel capítol de la catedral de Vic a mestre Joan, físic, en substitució de mestre Bernat de Berriac, atès que aquest darrer no acceptava l'obligació de residència a Vic. El contracte havia de ser nul si mestre Bernat s'ho repensava (ABEV, Cúria fumada, manual de 1308-1309, 21/05/1303).
