Resum
Pèire Jacme (Petrus Jacobi), dit també Pèire d'Orlhac (Petrus de Aureliaco), nascut a Orlhac d. 1270 i mort entre 1351 i 1367, fou jurista i professor a la Universitat de Montpeller. Fou hereu (fill?) d'un mestre Hug Jacme (Hugo Jacobi), d'Orlhac, segurament també jurista. L'autor planteja la hipòtesi (p. 487), sense tenir-ne proves, que Joan Jacme (Johannes Jacobi), el cèlebre canceller de la Facultat de Medicina de Montpeller (m. 1384) "appartenait à sa descendance". Aplica noms en francès a tots els personatges, sense cap matisació, i té com l'original del cognom la forma «Jame» («Joannes Jame, commorans Montepessulano», present a l'acta d'ennobliment de Joan Jacme per Carles V de 1369, el qual, però, l'anomena «Jehan Jacme» en un altre document de 1378 [«Jacobi» és la llatinització de l'occitana 'Jacme']).

Valuation of the workshop of Guillem Metge, an apothecary from Barcelona, made by the apothecaries Miquel Tosell, Berenguer Duran and Vicenç Bonanat, for its sale to Llorenç Bassa, a fellow apothecary, 1364 (AHPB); 4. Doctorate and teaching license of Narcís Solà, bachelor of medicine, issued by Bernat de Casaldòvol, doctor of medicine and chancellor of the Faculty of Medicine in Barcelona, 1526 (AHCB); and 7. Partnership between Joan Llunes and Joan Francesc Llunes, father and son, and Lluís Gual, the former’s son-in-law, surgeons of Caldes de Montbui, in order to practise the profession, 1579 (AHCB).
