Resum
L'autor de la Doctrina moral d'En Pacs (c. 1440) fou un membre mallorquí d'aquest llinatge que els mss. conservats no permeten identificar, atès que no indica quin era el seu nom complet (s'identifica com a servidor de Pere el Cerimoniós i després de Joan I, del qual diu que fou sobrecoc i algutzir fins que morí, i que després tornà a Mallorca i intervingué en la política de la capital). Ha estat identificat sense garanties amb un Nicolau de Pacs (pel seu editor, Gabriel Llabrés, el 1889, i seguint-lo per Rubió, Riquer, etc.) o bé amb un Joan o Lluís de Pacs (a partir de les atestacions en inventaris de béns).

Doctorate and teaching license of Narcís Solà, bachelor of medicine, issued by Bernat de Casaldòvol, doctor of medicine and chancellor of the Faculty of Medicine in Barcelona, 1526 (AHCB); and 7. Partnership between Joan Llunes and Joan Francesc Llunes, father and son, and Lluís Gual, the former’s son-in-law, surgeons of Caldes de Montbui, in order to practise the profession, 1579 (AHCB).
